Claire's courthouse steps

Claire is making these courthouse steps blocks using a pattern in the book "Material Obsession".

The brown is an Emma Louise quilter's muslin - it's so soft, much nicer than homespun.

We use the Emma Louise muslin in vanilla or latte colours for stitchery. Why do all those things sound delicious???

    I have some of those same rosie/pinks that I never thought of pairing with brown! And you say it's muslin? Looks awesome.
