I made the shoes using the okiniri pattern pictured above. The kit comes with the pattern and the kit to make the little green shoes. Templates are included for three sizes: small, medium and large. Click here to purchase the pattern and kit for the shoes.
I used the strawberry print from the Meadowsweet range so I could match the fabric to make a hat.
I made this hat using the Lazy Day Hat pattern by Australian designer Toni Coward.

So cute. Now I have another grandchild coming along soon...
The hat is very like one I started to make for GS#1, but between the cutting out and the making, his head grew too large to be of any use. NOT saying I'm slow, just distracted!
