Applique wonderfuls

Jenny and Marg both completed beginner samplers to learn to machine piecing. They progressed to learn 12 different types of applique in an applique sampler during UFO sessions with Carol. (Click on the link to our class list - it's on your right).

Jenny modified hers to decorate at Christmas. Christmas buttons adorn every little heart. The centre block was designed by Jenny, inspired by the book "Welcome To the North Pole".

Marg used her own fabric choices to complete a contemporary sample to suit her home. She machine quilted her sample with spectacular results!!
