Lyn's hexagons

Lyn is making hexagon flowers using the English paper piecing method for the first time. Her hand-stitching is exquisite.

These fabrics are from the Harper's Ferry range (circa 1800s). There's not much left on these bolts of fabric.

I love the way someof the more patterned and directional prints look in the outer hexagons. These are spaced out to show where Lyn will add a path between the blocks.
